We went to the Gluten Free and Allergen Free today in Atlanta and wanted to share some pictures. The expo is great for those with gluten sensitivities (like me), auto-immune/inflammatory diseases and autism. There were so many brands that were providing samples that I didn’t even need to eat lunch! 🙂 It was also great opportunity to try different products from the brands…especially some of the smaller brands that I had never heard of like Sonoma Flatbreads, Spinato’s Fine Foods and Buttercups Butter (their honey butter was really yummy!).
AND as an extra bonus, some of the brands had coupons for their products! I was able to get some coupons to share with some of you so be on the lookout for another post on how to get the coupons! 🙂

This expo will also be in different parts of the country…so if you are not in Atlanta, be sure to check to see if it’s coming to your city in the future.
